Terms of Service

By using Stashwise (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Stashwise is an AI powered content vault and learning tool. You can save URLs from social media platforms and the web, and the Service automatically analyzes, summarizes, categorizes, tags, and (where applicable) extracts timestamped steps and useful links from your saved content.

Building on your saved content, Stashwise also provides:

• AI chat: an assistant you can ask about your saved content and private wiki, with source citations where available.
• Wiki: an automatically generated knowledge graph of topics, entities, and connections drawn from your content, which you can export as Markdown files.
• Folders: to organize and search your saved content.
• Integrations: optional connections to supported browser, Obsidian, and AI tools that you control.

To use Stashwise you sign in with your Google account, Apple ID, email address, or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the credentials used to access it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you save through Stashwise. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your saved URLs through AI services for the purpose of generating summaries, categories, tags, guides, wiki pages, and related features.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and process the content you submit. Do not save content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

Stashwise has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users may not submit, save, generate, or process content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, or intended to harm others.

Stashwise may use automated and manual methods to filter or restrict objectionable content. Users can report objectionable content and block a source, creator, content item, or chat target from inside the app. Blocking removes the target from that user's feed immediately and sends a report to Stashwise moderation.

Stashwise reviews objectionable content reports within 24 hours. When a report is confirmed, Stashwise removes the offending content where applicable and suspends, blocks, or ejects the user or source responsible for the violation.

Summaries, categories, tags, wiki pages, connections, and chat responses are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Stashwise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI generated content. Use it at your own discretion.

Stashwise offers a free tier with limited saves, chats, and generations per month. Paid tiers (Plus, Pro) provide higher limits and additional features. Pricing and limits are displayed in the app and on our website and may change with notice.

Paid subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis. On iPhone, subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store (in-app purchase). On Android, they are sold and billed through Google Play (in-app purchase). On the web, they are billed through Stripe.

Auto renewal (App Store subscriptions):Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled under Apple's refund policy.

Auto renewal (Google Play subscriptions):Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Google Play account is charged for renewal at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each new period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time under Subscriptions in the Google Play Store. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google's refund policy.

Web subscriptions are managed and refunded through Stripe.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Upload malicious URLs or content designed to exploit our systems
• Impersonate another person or entity

We strive to keep Stashwise available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Stashwise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time directly in the app under Account → Delete account. Upon deletion, your data is scheduled for permanent removal. If you need help, you can also contact support@stashwise.co.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
