Frequently asked questions

How do I save a link to Stashwise?

Two ways:

  1. Use the Stashwise share extension — tap the share icon in Safari, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, or any iOS app, then choose Stashwise from the share sheet.
  2. Open the app and tap the orange + button in the bottom tab bar to paste a URL directly.

Either way, the link is analyzed in the background and appears in your Library.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID on iOS:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Stashwise

From there you can switch tiers, cancel, or change billing interval. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Can I export my wiki to Obsidian?

Yes — via the web app. Sign in to stashwise.co and open Wiki. Tap the Export button in the page header to download a ZIP of your wiki in Obsidian-compatible Markdown.

One-way export — drop the ZIP into any Obsidian vault. Edits in Obsidian don't sync back to Stashwise.

What happens to my data if I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes your saves, wiki, chats, and generated content from our servers within 30 days. On iOS:

Profile → Account settings → Delete account

If you can't access the app, email us using the address at the top of this page and we'll handle it for you.

I'm not receiving the verification email or SMS code.

Check your spam folder first — verification emails sometimes get filtered, especially by corporate or school accounts. For SMS codes, make sure your phone number is entered with the country code (e.g. +1 for the US).

If you still don't receive it after a few minutes, contact us — we can manually verify your account.

Why can't I save more links?

Each plan has a usage limit:

  • Free — 15 link saves total (one-time, not monthly).
  • Plus and Pro — reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Check your current usage on iOS:

Profile → Subscription and usage

Upgrade or change plans from the same screen.

The AI gave me a wrong or strange answer.

Stashwise's AI answers from yoursaved content. If something feels off, it's usually because the source material was sparse or ambiguous. Try saving more content on the topic, or rephrase your question.

We're always improving the models — feedback helps us prioritize what to fix next.
